Alright so today went very good and I’m not that sore. So it went like this, 9.3 miles to work, 10.21 miles bike ride back to home; then of course we headed to the gym for 1.5 hour workout. At work I did 8 miles of walking to add to that workout; now it is time to rest, eat healthy and get up to do it all over again.
This is the basic plan for each day Monday-Friday, commuting to work and back with a fully loaded bikepacking rig. My Surly Ogre is 75 pounds without water and food and with water comes in at close to 82 pounds; that’s the actual weight as I put it on the scale at work today.
